Kendall

Kendall is a tropical, multi-cultural community in the southwest section of Miami, Florida. It is an unincorporated suburb of Miami-Dade County, located west of USI, South of Bird Road (SW 40th Street), East of Krome Avenue (which borders the Florida Everglades) and north of Killian (SW 112 Street).

Kendall is within an hour’s drive of Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Adventura, the Miami Design District, the beginning of the Florida Keys, The Florida Everglades and numerous other places of interest and attractions. Kendall has an approximate population of 75,371.
