Welcome to Howling Acres
Howling Acres Wolf Sanctuary was founded 10 years ago by the LaBats. Sherrie LaBat began learning all she could about wolves/wolf dogs, and the word got out. Then all kinds of wolves were referred by other sanctuaries, veterinarians, and State and Federal agencies. These wolves/ wolf dogs were orphaned, abandoned or injured and needed medical attention. Since that time, the LaBats have cared for more than 30 wolves
