Sunrise Manor, Nevada
Sunrise Manor, with an approximate population of 156,120 is located in Clark County, which is where the Las Vegas Strip is located. When people think of Las Vegas, they think of the central part of Vegas, where the famous “strip” is located, a couple of square miles with hundreds of restaurants, casinos and hotels. But Las Vegas is much more than that, with little surprises tucked away in the valley that comprises the Greater Vegas Area. Sunrise Manor is one such surprise! It is located to the north of Vegas itself, right into the mountains that surround Vegas.
Most homes in Sunrise Manor are already established, but there is plenty of new construction underway. Like most homes in this area, the homes are substantial in size, and muted in color, with a desert feel built into them.
Sunrise Manor is also located far enough from the “Strip” that safety is not an issue. Once you get past the Strip, Vegas is really like any other city in the United States, with many subdivisions, families and homes that reflect a conservative lifestyle. Many people make the mistake of thinking that Vegas is all lights and action all the time, but Sunrise Manor is really a good place to raise a family, with safe streets and excellent, all year round education.
