Bethesda, Maryland - Bethesda is a beautiful community, 9 miles northwest of Washington DC and 27 miles southwest of Baltimore, that is home to over 62,000 residents. It is located in Montgomery County and is one of the four areas that make up the Bethesda-Chevy Chase community. Bethesda is one of Washington's most cosmopolitan suburbs in addition to being the home of the National Institute of Health, the Bethesda Naval Hospital and the National Library of Medicine.
