Cathedral City, California

Cathedral City, with an estimated population of 42,647 in Riverside County, is making a comeback. After languishing for the past decade, Cathedral City has been discovered. There is a great deal of re-modeling and re-furbishing being done and we expect the city's turnaround to continue. The Desert we're talking about is located in Coachella Valley, a two-hour drive from Los Angeles, San Diego and the Mexican border. In the Valley are the towns of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Cathedral City, Desert Hot Springs and Indio. Long known as a resort destination, especially Palm Springs, the local city governments have been encouraging growth and development.
